I had a great experience at Honda, thanks to Walter at the front service desk. He was extremely helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. He took care of everything, made sure I got a great deal, and kept me informed throughout the service. My tire rotation was handled quickly and everything was done perfectly. Walter really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Great customer service and definitely someone I’d be happy to work with again!
Reviewing the servicing center. The service advisors couldn't look more annoyed when answering questuions. Lack effective communication. Do not care about wasting your time. Never seen a service department like this ever.
