We had an appointment for first thing in the morning and we were okay that there was an emergency and we got bumped til 12:30. Then it was 2 PM and as long as issue being fixed that was okay. Our AC is low on freon. We paid them to check for leaks 10 months ago and recharge system.. That was about $800. Now there are "new leaks". while they did not do the install, I was understanding of that and wanted the leaks repaired and system re-charged. but the tech said he could not stay as he had other people to get to...
