I was very pleased with my phone call interactions prior to my appointment as well as the compassionate, professional care that was provided to me. I walked in the office with an emergent request, frustrated with my previous dentist, and they were able to open the schedule, see me within an hour, evaluate me and treat my tooth concern. Haven’t been to the dentist in a number of years due to a bad experience at my previous dentist. Decided it was finally time to start going again, found them on a google ad and scheduled my appointment for an exam and X-ray. They got me in within a week and everyone was extremely friendly and there was no judgment on me not being to the dentist in a little while. Incredible! Had many bad experiences at other dentist and said I was never going to go back and rather just let my teeth fall out. I bit into a rack of ribs and snapped off my front tooth. So I made my appointment and went in ready to walk out in anger. Instead they treated me warmly. Everyone in the office was so polite and took time to explain things.
