I called to confirm they accepted my insurance and was told they did. I rearranged my work schedule so I could be seen. They called me the day before my appointment saying my insurance is out of network. I am highly upset!
I just finished my appointment, and the staff are such great humans! Dr. Simmons and my dental hygienist went above and beyond to try to help me find a toothpaste to meet my allergy needs. Even though I’m sure there were more patients to be seen, Dr. Simmons made me feel valued and cared for as if I was the only patient she had to see today. Five stars!
Always a relaxing experience even for cleaning. Barbara is very good. She is caring and very good at what she does. Have the opportunity of having serious dental work done, there. Dr. Simmons and Addy assisted. Both were great. Dr. Simmons was very caring. Stopped many times to make sure I was okay. Abby was remarkable. She made sure I was comfortable. She was very caring and diligent that my temporary crown was a good fit and comfortable. I hope to have them both for my next procedure! Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
Gina had an appointment due to mouth pain. Staff examined her. Results satisfactory. Staff was prompt, polite and informative.
