Fantastic experience with their spa. We booked a couples massage and still each was made based on what our specific needs were. We also got free access to the rest of the properties amazing amenities and spent a couple by the pool after with great food and wine/drinks. The property is stunning and very private with free valet and a beautiful restaurant.
Travis did a phenomenal job with my massage this past weekend. My husband had Kris and said she was excellent too. Very thorough and relaxing. Would recommend those therapists.
The amenities before and after are nice. The massage was disappointing but the spa was very responsive and helpful. I would go back and recommend this spa because of their customer service and attention to detail.
The amenities before and after are nice. However the massage was disappointing. My back has been killing me and I was looking for some relief and told the masseuse where it hurt and she barely focused on that area. The “50 minute massage” wrapped up in 46 minutes and some of that time was spent getting me onto the bench to begin with so closer to 40. Overall really disappointing and not worth what was paid :(
I came for an overdue wellness break and really utilized the property - pool, spa treatments, restaurant and gardens. It is historic and well updated, clean and quiet. It feels tucked away yet is walking distance to downtown Sonoma. I stayed midweek so it felt like I had the place to myself. The staff (especially Michael the manager, spa team, F&B staff) was genuinely friendly and helpful.
