There are several tenants that have lived in this apartment complex for years. Unfortunately, we all feel that there is a lack of customer service. We have encountered a stabbing in the apt complex, which one tenant had called to report that the guy was still on the loose and that there was blood that might need cleaning up. The tenant reported the a apt manager called her at work saying that "this isn't a emergency". What is then? ?? Wow! That same weekend we had someone murdered across the street.
