Nice Tea Room – It would be nice if this tearoom were on the "main floor". You have to go in the basement to get to it. The sandwiches are great. The tea wasn't served properly, but it was good. The atmosphere could be a bit "warmer" but it was modern and nice. They didn't advertise selling the tea when we were there. I hope they do well. I would like something like this to be around in the future for myself and friends,
I love the Garden Room. They have everything for the city gardener and a huge variety of unique gift items for everyone. The customer service is wonderful. Check out the area for children-everything is top quality!
Awesome Tea Room – This is a very cool and unigue place. The selection of teas is mind boggling. It would take months to try them all. Thankfully, the staff can help you with selecting. The teas are mostly from Rishi, a Milwuakee importer, and are nearly all organic, fair-trade, or both. The selection of teas covers the spectrum from black - there are a couple of really good Darjeelings (the Darjeeling second flush is especially good) - to greens and whites.
