Lived in an upstairs studio at 1150G and it was perfect. Only reason I had to move is because of work but over all satisfied with the living conditions. Only thing to make note is if you need maintanence done you have to call in to their office of go in person and they'll get it done the day of. Also they do charge you alot of miscellaneous fees when you first move in. We also had to pay for our own keys to the mail boxes because previous residents took the keys.
