We bought an Aquascape pump for our koi pond 4 months ago. We noticed it wasn't running and youtubed and troubleshoot a fix. There was a 3 year warranty on the pump so we took it back to the store. Lee was very helpful in explaining the warranty on the pump. He called Aquascape for us and even fought for us to have the warranty honored. Austin also fought for our warranty to be honored. We live 2hrs away in Altus and so it's a 2hour trip each time to go get supplies and such. Austin and Lee are amazing and worth their weight... read more
Shelby was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable — she shared tons of great insights for my DIY pond project. The store itself is beautiful, with an impressive waterfall, pond, and stream displays that gave me so many ideas. They also carry a huge selection of quality products that are now on my shopping list. If you’re thinking about building your own pond, waterfall, or stream, I highly recommend stopping in before you start — the inspiration and advice you’ll get are absolutely worth it!
