Set in the ER for 4 and a 1/2 hours left the ER ended up back at the ER the next day! Insurance was double billed and I was double billed the balance for services rendered When I went back the 2nd time. Who actually can enter billing that is identical Within a 24 hr period 2 times without asking their Supervisor if what they were entering was accurate.
