genuinely the rudest person i have ever had answer the phone i would kill myself if i had to go here
I would not bring my dog to be treated here. Their customer service is horrible.
On December 27 2025 I took my wife to the er as directed by the dr because of her kidney stone was causing sereve pain so far 3 hour almost 4 and people with colds are being see be for anyone else this isn't even close
My mom was a patient on the second floor ( Gulfport) and I couldn't believe how rude the nurses were!! They DO NOT FOLLOW HIPPA RULES !! AND OFTEN TIMES I WOULD CALL TO SPEAK WITH MY MOTHER AND THE NURSES ON THE FLOOR (REANNA) WOULD ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT THEM GOING INTO HER ROOM TO PLACE THE PHONE SO SHE COULD REACH IT!!!! The phone and call light should always be in reach of the patient !!! So disappointed in the staff there!!!
