Singing River Hospital in Gulfport is the best place to have a mammogram done. These Lauren are very gentle and explain everything that’s gonna be done! I would recommend them to everyone!!
Sat for an hour and a half in a waiting room receptionist asked the nurse more than three times to send someone up to walk me back but nothing until she was discharged this is the most disorganized and dysfunctional hospital I've ever been to staff was nice for the ones I met upfront the security guards and the receptionist are great
Brought my granddaughter age 8 to er with possible broken nose. Receptionist and staff were wonderful. Big shout out to her Nurse Jenna. She kept her calm, focused and that is no easy task. She made sure to explain all that was going on as did the PA that night too. Jenna knew exactly how to relate to her and I wish she could be acknowledged for her professionalism
I wouldn’t even classify this facility as a hospital based on the experience we had. The lack of professionalism and basic medical protocol is alarming. Staff members, aside from the check-in attendant and our nurse—who were both courteous—were dismissive and unapproachable, making no effort to acknowledge patients. The facility itself is in poor condition: outdated, with visibly dirty chairs and beds. I've been here with my husband waiting for 4 hours while he's passing g clotting blood. This place should be shut down
