2 hour 45 min wait to see a loved one in the er. Because they are " busy " . It cruel and unusual punishment. I've never witnessed such a thing.

Waited 3 hours. Never again. Go to a different hospital. Asked for the patient advocate and chief nurse to understand why I havent been seen for over 4 hours. Now it's been five hours. No chief nurse has seen me or a patient advocate. This is the worst service ive ever had at a hospital. I was told twice that I would the next person seen and both times, it was a bold face lie.
