I wouldn’t even classify this facility as a hospital based on the experience we had. The lack of professionalism and basic medical protocol is alarming. Staff members, aside from the check-in attendant and our nurse—who were both courteous—were dismissive and unapproachable, making no effort to acknowledge patients. The facility itself is in poor condition: outdated, with visibly dirty chairs and beds. I've been here with my husband waiting for 4 hours while he's passing g clotting blood. This place should be shut down
Very friendly and had us in & out within the hour!
The admission clerks😭 One wrapped in a blanket and the other leaning harder than a gangster in his chair. Checked in for chest pain and had a BO of 165/105 and was sent back to the waiting area. This is unethical!! Security guard rolled in what I assume he believed to be an addict whom he warned the nurse had an interesting odor on him but yet he parked him as soon as you enter the waiting area with no shirt or shoes next to kids!
Worst ER ever. Some of the staff were nice and all. But they want you to wait for hours for them to anything. It took them forever to adjust a damn splint that was causing me pain. They didn't even adjust it. I just ended up leaving. I can be in pain at home. Then, they brought me Tylenol. I don't need Tylenol. I need the damn splint redone or adjusted. That's it! It's not even super busy in there.
