Ive lived here for a month so far. All Bills are included (electricity, water, sewage, etc..) Rent is very affordable. Its pretty quiet. no one makes up any noise. its right next to the school, so kids can walk. The apartment itself is great. My family (w 3 kids) live very comfortably. The only down side is that the air doesnt get real cold, so if you like your house to be ice cold, it wont get there unless you buy a separate air conditioner. over all, id definitely refer someone else here.
Apartments are horrible, very dirty. Management is very poor, customer service is non- existent. Leasing agents look like drug addicts or like they were recently released from prison. Never seen anything like that in Canada or North East.
roaches, getto surrounding....old cabinets that are pieced together and mildewed, terrible washing area.....
