I’m extremely disappointed with this company. It’s been almost a year since my pool was completed, and they still haven’t installed my heater and one light (they installed 3 but we ordered 3) that was included in my contract. Update - Now on week 26 - Deck was finally completed - It was finally plastered but is it ready - Nope - Still need equipment installed but still need the concrete slab for it - My fence - still waiting to be fixed - the back wall of our house - still splattered with cement - trenches have yet to be filled - areas in the deck still need to be painted correctly - and trash and concrete - still all over my yard - Apparently there is only one worker because he is busy elsewhere and can't make it to finish the job. It has been a month that the chlorinator on my pool has been broken two weeks ago I talked to someone and he told they had the parts and would install them that Thursday this past Thursday almost 1 month now he told they would have it done but the end of the day today Sunday I got back home from being out of town and it’s still not fixed but I did receive and invoice for the repair today!!! We are on week 20 of this project. Frustrated is an understatement. The excuse they use is rain or someone else's fault something can't be done. We have a rough looking shell that is still missing steps and a side of the landing. The tile they just added is already missing a piece. The deck should have been poured Friday but the concrete folks apparently canceled - right - so they did it on Saturday after we told them there was rain scheduled. It was a disaster. Update: This post was originally posted 10 months ago and as of July 22, 2025, the issue has still not been resolved. I am following up on my husband’s (Samuel Oceguera) review regarding the quartz plaster that started to peel off around the upper tile area a few months after the pool was completed. We requested repairs over a year ago and have made many phone calls to your office in where your secretary tells us we are on the list and we have yet to hear back from anyone.
