Update: This post was originally posted 10 months ago and as of July 22, 2025, the issue has still not been resolved. I am following up on my husband’s (Samuel Oceguera) review regarding the quartz plaster that started to peel off around the upper tile area a few months after the pool was completed. I will be reporting you and going to the media to report the owners/company. They have not finished my project despite paying them in full months ago. Its one excuse after another on why they have not completed the work. It's always "next week"!!! Then you will not hear from them. I'm tired of waiting! Have been waiting on the install of a heater since the end of April. In May was told the item was on backorder. In June was told the item was to be delivered on 6/20/25. on 6/25/25 was informed there were issues with finding an electrician to install the item, but did not confirm having received the item. Was told two weeks ago the item would be installed last week; it is now the following week and have not had the item installed or had further contact from anyone despite my attempts to call, message, email, and go to the of... read more
