Today is 1/29/26 I have been calling and emailing the company since the heater was installed (see the update below) regarding the refund of the salt cell ($3000). I have not received a response in any manner and am unsure if there is a case for fraud or theft as I’m sure the company is aware we did not have the salt cell installed or delivered to us. Garden of Eden hasn’t answered my phone calls, messages or emails for the past couple of months! My pool project is still pending the installation of the pool heater and 1 electrical light that hasn’t been completed going on 2 years this April! Yes, you read that right! 2 years! I’ve asked for a refund for items still pending because all I want is for my pool project to be completed. Garden of Eden, please reach back to me and give me a refund so I can go with another pool company to get my project completed. Thank you!
Same story… I have been trying to get in touch with Nicole and Alex and neither is returning calls or texts. My pool motor was reported since October 10th, they supposed to check the warranty by the serial number. Last contact i was able to have is because I went directly to their offices, left a note and not sure if they saw me through the cameras but they returned the call (2weeks ago) .
