I ordered a bouquet for my sister’s 40th birthday, & everything went wrong. First the website tells me they can do same day delivery but when the day was over and she still hadn’t received anything I called to ask and they told me that orders were already sent out and my order would be delivered the next day. Sherrie had mentioned they couldn’t add the balloons I wanted so she would transfer the order to another shop & would request it to be delivered by 12pm the next day. Excellent service and delivery. I called im for a birthday bouquet for my wife and the woman I spoke with was so helpful and offered options. It was delivered on time and beautiful. We will be repeat customers!
Never use Garden of Eden Florist. An order I placed was completely missed and there was no apology from the owner, Sherrie, or any attempt to rectify the situation. She passed all the blame off to FTD and "technology." She also suggested I use another florist, never offering to send another bouquet from her own shop.
