Recommendedit's the best place all around
This is the most wonderful place to stay! Peaceful and Iva is a gem! Chris does a great job attending to anything you need and is super nice. We've stayed here many times and every time we think about staying somewhere else, we end up right back here to this little cozy nook of the woods.
She is an amazing women. God has truly blessed her with a talent. As for the cabins, so peaceful. I don't want to leave. We are already planning for next year.
My husband and I stayed here for a week (2010) in the honeymoon cabin. So beautiful, handhewn spiral staircase made of local felled trees. Everything you needed was there, from condiments to bar soap. Ms. Iva is a wonderful woman, we just sat talked with her for hours. And Chris, he something else, :-) always ready to lend a helping hand in anyway. I remember we were grilling one evening,and he asked if we liked fresh tomatoes and corn. Today, January 2, 2016, my husband and I met the lovely and charming Iva Prince. We visited the gallery in hopes of purchasing our second "Prince" painting. Ms. Iva was delightful, and she took the time to really have a conversation with us. Before leaving. we purchased our 2nd piece called "The Weekend Getaway". We cannot wait to hang it up in our N.C. home. We love you Ms. Iva. Please write a book if you do not already have one and tell about your life...I could listen to your stories all day long :)
