Beware of this place!! They try to trick your money whatever chance they get. 1. I was charged a copay for a completed covered visit reason (contraceptive & wellness exam) by my insurance. I didn’t realize it when I came it (as I always used NYU on campus service before graduating) and honestly $45 is nothing. But later when I checked with Cigna, I realized they did try to charge me more. So I called multiple times, and was finally able to get an answer like “oh wait 30-45 business days we will refund you”. Seriously??... read more

I had my first and last experience at this hell hole. First of all, the wait was too long. Secondly, I met with Jennifer Mansfield at the 63rd Street location, who was the absolute WORST. In my opinion she needs to go back to med school for more education on her profession. I explained my situation to her regarding my uterine fibroids and went to discuss surgery. Instead, she persuaded me to try their method of controlling the bleeding first, which consisted of a drug called Megace (supposedly used to stop the bleeding), th... read more

The P.A. listen to my concerns and was very thorough with answering my questions. I did not wait very long in the Waiting Area. My only concern was when I called the GYN Office to get the results of my Pap test and Lab work, I was repeatedly put on hold....and no one ever came to the phone. That is why I did not give it 5 Stars.

The wait time was very long from when my appointment was set. Doctor was kind and knowledgeable on the latest technology. I've been expecting a follow up call but have not received it.

Checking in is welcoming and efficient. The wait to see the doctor has gotten better. The patient care is excellent. The ability to speak candidly and comfortably is great.

I first visited Garden OBGYN in 2016 and was hesitant to return because I didn't feel a cohesiveness amongst the staff or supported as I learned I was having a miscarriage. This time around was absolutely nothing short of perfect. From the front desk to just everyone was absolutely amazing and I'm so glad I decided to return. There's clearly some great restructioning going on and just as I was on my way out I was asked to meet with the new office manager Desiree King who confirmed that I was pleased with my visit and took he... read more

After arriving on time and nervously waiting over 2.5 hrs past my appointment time (yes, amazingly 2.5 hrs), I was distraught over my first pap as a virgin victim of sexual assault. However, when they were finally ready for me, the NP was not comforting, let alone understanding, in the least. Instead, she said, "If this hurts or is upsetting to you, I can't go on with the exam and we'll have to be done." After basically telling me to shut up and take it or she wouldn't do this necessary and routine check up, I just sat there... read more
