One of the most nice OB I have ever been too. Keep up the goos work ladies. Very nice, courteous from the nurses to the doctor ans then to the frint desk all great people.
Great experience love front desk receptionist and doctors at forest hill. They have took great care of me and my health
When I entered the clinic, the receptionist was pretty polite and welcoming. She introduced me to the steps that I had to follow to properly get served. Then, I sat down in the waiting room that looked quite inviting. In fact, it was pretty relaxing. At a certain point, however, it was a little too warm in the clinic, and the receptionist could not detect the source of the heat. Luckily, I was called to see the doctor a few minutes later. Better communication between patient and receptionists before surgery.
IIt was horrible.. I called for an appointment. I got appointment with the doctor I wanted.. I got several confirmations by phone. When I got to the office I was waiting and then the girl said I did not have appointment with the doctor I made it with. She said I can have another doctor. That was not ok. I made another appointment for next week.
Wait time was short like always
As a plus size woman it can be nerve wrecking to get undressed in front of a stranger, but the staff here made me feel so comfortable and was very professional and proficient! Also the quality of care was amazing and top notch with figuring out what was going on with my body and coming up with solutions. I think I found my life time GYN!!!
You guys have great service no need to change anything
