The wait time was a little longer than usual, but other than that I was happy with the service.
I had a great experience at the Garden Ob/Gyn. All staff members were attentive and pleasant during my visit. I like use of technology as well. It made collecting information quick and efficient.

I got there and was checked in right away, paid my copay with a fancy iPad. I was called within 5 minutes and I was seen by the doctor soon after. The doctor addressed all of my questions/concerns.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by a staff member by the name of Carly who was friendly, informative, and helpful. I was definitely satisfied with my visit and will continue receiving services at this clinic.
Good and was very fast and good service
I love the way the staff at Garden Ob/Gyn treat their patients: with kindness, professionalism, and, above all; a human approach. We live in an era full of technology and our treatment of other humans may become a bit cold, as if we ourselves were machines. So whenever I go to a place where they treat me with kindness and respect, I just cant't stop complimenting them. Thanks much for treating your patients like patients, like persons who deserve the best from all of you guys.
My first appointment here was very smooth, however my second appointment was quite the opposite. Much longer waiting time, nearly an hour and a half just to be seen. It was a busy Saturday granted, but overheard coworkers discussing that patients were either double or tripled booked. However busy it was, staff was pleasant and accomodating. Once I spoke to the PA, although knowing she was busy, took the time to explain to me and answer all my questions. That was very much appreciated.
My experience was great. I was seen on time. All of the staff were pleasant and very helpful.
