Good location, but not much else... Thin walls/ceiling: Expect to be disturbed by noise constantly if you have a ground unit and upstairs neighbors. I honestly haven't gotten a solid night of REM sleep since moving in 2 years ago. Limited space: If you like to cook prepare to be resourceful. Kitchen space is very limited and the appliances are third rate. Plumbing: Water is really hard and greasy. Barely potable. I switched to bottled water for everything shortly after moving in. Our family had a deeply disappointing and hurtful experience with Boardwalk. We were informed that we could not re-sign our lease and were effectively banned from renting with them again due to complaints related to our autistic daughter. She is a child with special needs, and despite our efforts to manage her safely and respectfully, we were penalized for behaviors directly related to her disability.
