These apartments are absolutely horrible. My husband and I never know if were going to have water when we come home from work. Half of the parking lot is dug up due to pipe repairs that have been going on for months now. In addition to the rats (dead and alive) in the parking lot, there is an abundance of trash in the courtyards. A few weeks ago, the apartment downstairs was raided by police. Some of buildings are undergoing post-Katrina repairs. I can only imagine what it will be like once the other buildings reopen.
