I came in for a simple nail service and left completely unsatisfied. The work was rushed, messy, and definitely not worth the money. There was no sense of professionalism, and the staff didn’t seem to care about the results. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I went to Garden Nails to get my nails done, and they did an absolutely terrible job. There was no attention to detail, no professionalism, and the final result looked like a mess. It felt like they didn’t care at all about quality or customer satisfaction. Don’t waste your time or money here. Extremely disappointed

I visited this place before but the service has become very bad now. I came here yesterday right after my work.. and I had an appointment with them and ended up waiting for 20 minutes. After that, the technician who has dealing with me .. was not even helping me out with any design or shades. She even went to the other guest in the middle of my nails .. which is definitely unacceptable. When I reached home, I noticed that even my nails were irregularly done. Absolutely terrible service. I would’ve give them 0 star if possible. The staff was very rude. They are so unprofessional and disrespectful. At first, one lady just declined to do the nail art. Then, she sent another girl to do my nails. Before starting, I asked her if she can do the nail art and she agreed. She did it on one hand and then she literally refused to do it on the other hand by saying ‘I can’t do it, I’m very busy’, and she removed the one that was already done. This is so disrespectful.
