I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. Before booking, I called to confirm that they offered gel overlay, and the lady said yes. When I arrived, I confirmed again that I wanted a gel overlay, and she agreed. However, she started doing acrylic nails instead. The lady who did my nails was so rude and wasn’t listening to me. The shape of my nails are bad and the was the nail polish was put on was badly done with spots not even covered. She was rough and was going too fast with the service. I will not be returning to this nail salon ever again and I would recommend going somewhere else other than wasting your money here. I am not happy at all.

I went to this place to treat my mother, the lady at first said $70 for the set and I asked again to confirm she said yes both times, mums had an inspiration and she didn’t even do what she wanted, flower wasn’t in 3D like it was supposed to be, fingers are messy with glue and debris and she wanted to charge us $100 bucks for it. Diamonds came off as soon as she left the salon, Not worth it at all.

Looks like the products they used were expired. The nail polish was very thick, patchy, and took forever to dry. The manicure was done poorly, and my fingers even started bleeding. They only used a fan/heater to dry the polish and had to redo it several times. A regular manicure took over 1.5 hours. I was told it would take more than an hour to dry, which was fine, but even after 5 hours it still wasn't dry. Who has that much time to sit around waiting for nail polish to dry? Very disappointing experience.

I got a regular manicure done, and I honestly didn’t like it at all. Even though it’s a nail shop, they don’t even have a UV lamp to dry the nail polish — they just keep a heater there and make you sit in front of it for hours. They wasted so much of my time. Their service is absolutely terrible, and I would not recommend anyone to go there.
