1st Pic is what I asked for,but 2nd Pic is what I received. I walked into this very clean and comfortable Nail Salon and asked specifically "Can y'all do designs?" And I got a quick yes. So when I asked to see pictures they just gave me color swats, thinking they were not clear on what I was asking 🤔, I google nail designs by real nail artist and once again I got a yes that, the man brought my phone to another so call nail design expert and she gave me an assuring yes. The tech doing my nails stood up the whole time. They were filed in all kinds of shapes. I asked for my cuticles to be trimmed instead they were speedily and carelessly yanked off. Quality of service could very well depend on the nail tech but I was very displeased with the amount of money I spent for a poor job.
