My neice went to this place to get her nails done with a picture of what she wanted asking for everything to be the same as the picture. Not only were they too short but the colors weren’t the same. When she tried to say something they ARGUED with her. I went back with her and they tried to argue again! So I asked for them to be taken off and refund to be issued. Made an appointment at 2. Got there at 2 and sat there for almost an hour. No one greeted me or acknowledged me at all. Then at 530 they called me wondering why I didnt show up for my appointment..... idk what to say....
Over the years I have been to a lot of different nail salons, from Parkersburg to Vienna, to MineralWells. None of them can beat the service I get here! Kevin definitely knows what he is doing and is the best nail tech I’ve ever been to! He gives a great pedi, but I must say, if you get your nails dipped, he is the BEST! My nails always look natural! ❤️
