Super unprofessional, They changed my appointment 2 times, I had in-person appointment with dr.javan, I showed up and they said your appointment is by phone call. It’s unacceptable. They have no idea what is the meaning of an appointment.

After more than seven years of trying to deal with unprofessional communication and repeated issues, I finally decided to change my family doctor. I wouldn’t even give this place one star if I could. The staff here are beyond unprofessional—rude, dismissive, and completely incompetent. I was told by reception that my follow-up would be a phone appointment two months after my in-person visit. Instead, I got a call demanding to know if I was “coming in today.” When I clarified it was supposed to be over the phone, I was hung up on.
