If you hear the name of Dr. Shahrokhi, save your life and run away. He’s the worst Dr I’ve ever met in my life. He’s constantly trying to make phone appointments and make money out of you. The calls are less than 2 minutes and he’s absolutely rude, dismissive and ignorant of listening to the issue. He has zero ethics. Dr. Hamed Javan is a very precise, patient, and thorough doctor. My family and I are very satisfied with him.
Super unprofessional, They changed my appointment 2 times, I had in-person appointment with dr.javan, I showed up and they said your appointment is by phone call. It’s unacceptable. They have no idea what is the meaning of an appointment.
After more than seven years of trying to deal with unprofessional communication and repeated issues, I finally decided to change my family doctor.
