The townhouses are owned by a couple who take really good care of them. They are all two bedroom and one-and-a-half bath with a space for washer and dryer hookup. The location is convenient as it is not that far off the Nexton Parkway exit.
The lady was extremely rude and hung up in my face. I tried to call back and she kept declining my calls.
Although I lived here for just over 3 years, this place is a dump. They allow more then the amount of people that are on the lease to live there. Fighting neighbors, loud disrespectful people. Forget it if your ac goes out on a holiday, they don't pay for emergency service calls. This happened 2 times and nothing was done. They don't even properly maintain the equipment. My refrigerator went out, lost all my food and they replaced it with a beat up one. Didn't even offer topay for loss of food. The parking lot has tons of po... read more

Reply to B: During walk thru, all work that needed to be done in order to get townhouse ready for a new tenant were reviewed, like replacing damaged door that is smashed in, in 2 places. Walls colored on with crayon and ink, I have pictures. Walls covered with crayon. Kitchen cupboard full of forgotten to pack dishes that tenant packed during walk thru , therefore Kitchen cabinets were not cleaned. Etc. Etc. Etc. Just found this review today. Who is Mika Turner?
