The owner is extremely rude. We paid rent on time for two years and took care of the apt only to have him say we could not renew. This is after getting a renewal paper stating our rent would go down a few, we decided to stay, and then were told that it was a mistake and they didn't have to honor it. Needless to say, I'll be glad to find a landlord who appreciates their tenants.
