Left multiple voicemails trying to reach out to this place and never have heard anything back . Everytime I go there there office is closed ?
Place is a joke. I tried getting a place and was told I had to be put on a waiting list but yet I know a girl that lives there with her 3 kids all above 18 and out of highschool but yet garden manor still let's her keep the biggest apartment they have. Everyone else has to move to a smaller unit when their kids hit 18 or graduate highschool
I have really noticed a difference in Garden Manor in the last two years. This new manager seems to be very knowledgeable and quick to help. I was there visiting a friend recently who needed help in her apartment and they were fast about getting her help. It’s cleaner all around than I’ve noticed in past years.
Its sad you have a landlord that some people is afraid of. And then this landlord is lying about a tenant because he is different. This place has bugs. They only spray one apartment and they are wondering why they won't go away. Well do your jobs right then. They don't like disability people. They also let other tenants threatened you too. They allow drugs here too. I brought my kids here to visit someone a grown adult threaten my son and I report it to the landlord and she didn't do anything about it.
