I have really noticed a difference in Garden Manor in the last two years. This new manager seems to be very knowledgeable and quick to help. I was there visiting a friend recently who needed help in her apartment and they were fast about getting her help. It’s cleaner all around than I’ve noticed in past years.
Its sad you have a landlord that some people is afraid of. And then this landlord is lying about a tenant because he is different. This place has bugs. They only spray one apartment and they are wondering why they won't go away. Well do your jobs right then. They don't like disability people. They also let other tenants threatened you too. They allow drugs here too. I brought my kids here to visit someone a grown adult threaten my son and I report it to the landlord and she didn't do anything about it. This place is absolutely terrible. The maintenance has no idea what they’re doing or let alone how to run a complex. Cheap and doesn’t take care of the property.Roach infested and I’m sure some other bugs linger out there. I’d sleep in a box before I get an apartment here.
