Loved our loft until I got black mold poisoning. These warehouses are not meant to live in. End of story.
Complete disregard for tenants’ living conditions. On top of many other issues, we’ve had a hole in our ceiling for a year that they will plaster over until it eventually leaks again, took 9 months of complaining to fix the leak and now will not check for mold, which is visible. Our fridge has been broken off and on for the past three months which they have disregarded for as long as possible, only ever showing up after we’ve had to throw all our food away. Seeing so many negative reviews, I don’t want them either.
Would give negative starts if possible. HORRIFIC. Moved in with a massive cockroach infestation (among other issues) and it took months and months to resolve because they were so apathetic. They are extremely difficult to get ahold of and are just generally horrible to deal with. Do not rent from these people!!!!
