Took a tour with Shay last week and I was impressed with this property. Shay was knowledgeable and friendly and the building has been kept updated and clean.
This place is amazing , I moved in a year ago and I have no complaints yet, the staff are amazing at the front office always friendly with huge smiles and when they have time to talk they will have a small conversation with the residents, the main maintenance worker is also amazing he is very friendly and always says hello to my German Shepherd Shadow
Just wanted to update my review. Been here for several years now and seen some changes happen throughout my time here and see that they are progressively improving the place. From what I noticed mostly where the two below. -Updated security to needing the fob to get through at all doors. -added mirrors on the garage to help show some of the hidden spots PROS: •They sent a letter out saying they have more projects in the works later this year. Garden Lofts management is horrendous, do not rent here. I lived there for almost 5 years because it was (relatively) cheap, but have dealt with much over the years, so get ready. Most recently, I moved out and they mailed me my deposit check to the new address. They wrote the deposit check out to myself and my girlfriend, even though we are not on the same bank account and I lived there by myself for more than 3 out of those 5 years. Mixed feelings, first off Ann the manager is amazing. She let us move a couple weeks early, and is very professional. Definitely went above and beyond when she had the authority, at least. You call the office and get anyone else, it's almost no help we found unfortunately. We did get our car towed so many times here though, anytime of day. The towing company is definitely predatory, we watched them multiple times just sit at the complex waiting for one to tow.
