I can't tell you what a pleasure it is to deal with your company. When I ask for first call of the day your guy is always here on time, gets right to work and wraps up quickly. Any chance you can buy a cable company and teach them about customer service???

Garden Irrigation is very poor in customer service. The technical appointments requires half day. They will make stay home for almost half a day. Usually, company will give you 2 hours window for appointment, but require half day window. If they schedule the appointment for afternoon, you must stay home from 12:01 until 6pm. Last year appointment, they charge me USD75 to replace the sprinkler head. The head cost USD10 at Home Depot. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
