This service does not accommodate working people, and they are very pricey. I had something broken, which they attempted many times to fix two summers ago. It never got fixed properly. They were not able to accommodate afternoon or early morning time slots. The following year, I used a different service (JJ). They fixed the problem. I paid less than a quarter of what I paid to Garden Irrigation for the summer.
I have been a customer of Garden Irrigation for about 25 years. When we moved to southern ocean county I didn’t think we would be able to continue with them. I’m thrilled they cover our area. They are always on time and able to fix whatever the problem may be. Their employees are polite, neat, and respectful. So happy their service is available in south Jersey too.
I’m an old customer of Creative Sprinkler Design. Since Garden Irrigation bought it out it’s been downhill since. They charged us $800 for a new valve and 4 new sprinkler heads a few weeks ago!! It should have been half of that. So those leaving good reviews either have no idea what they’re being charged or are happy to overpay. Consider yourself warned, we were taken for a ride.
They do good work. But beware they are about double the price of most other companies. I learnt the hard way! I feel robbed.
This company installed a sprinkler system at my house 20 years ago. Then this year one of their technicians comes for a spring turn on service and tries to give me a hard sell that the original installation wasn't good (dissing on his own company's work), and that I need to replace the entire system. Clearly trying to make a sales commission.
