They do good work. But beware they are about double the price of most other companies. I learnt the hard way! I feel robbed.
This company installed a sprinkler system at my house 20 years ago. Then this year one of their technicians comes for a spring turn on service and tries to give me a hard sell that the original installation wasn't good (dissing on his own company's work), and that I need to replace the entire system. Clearly trying to make a sales commission. We have been a previous customer of Garden Irrigation. I have been trying to reach Greg for refunding a deposit for about 4 months now but have not been able to get in contact with him. I have emailed, left voice messages and left messages with a receptionist as well.
We’ve been using Garden Irrigation for years and have always been totally satisfied. Ty has been our tech on most occasions and he’s the absolute best. Super friendly and great at what he does. 10/10!
