I needed an elbow part for my sprinkler system replaced, they came down and told me the part costs $600 plus time labor. so I said that's not the price range we discussed bec. my neighbor did the same job with creative sprinklers (the company they took over) for under $300. I found another local company who did it for $300 all included. Seems very dishonest and a ripoff to me. I had to pay for the service call $145, they refused to refund me any of it. I will never use this place again !
We had our system summer adjustment done today. This is our 24th year since you installed our system. Your tech, Keith, was great. Professional and courteous. Took time to show me adjustments, settings and explain both current system status and future repairs to consider. Keith is the best.
Keith was amazing. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He came out for a routine service and was able to simply fix an issue that I originally thought was going to be a lot of money and more involved to repair. He was determined to figure out the exact issue and he did! My problem was fixed with his patiences and understanding. I highly recommend this company and Keith.

I have been a customer for 10+ years with a service contract every year. Huge issue however, THIS YEAR THIS IS HOW MY SYSTEM WAS LEFT during an electrical repair OVER ONE MONTH AGO. Have called the office NUMEROUS times over the past four weeks, only to get, “they will call you”. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Were you bought by another company? I would like to know what gives…..Please no “I’m sorry’s” as I am way past that now.
