This community has significantly deteriorated over the last few years. The HOA board is missing in action. Young people have permanently moved in when it’s supposed to be a 55+ community. The covenants are not being upheld. People are parking up and down the street, people have mattresses and pillows stuffed visibly in their windows, camping tents are erected permanently in people’s backyards, gutter downspouts remain clogged with leaves year after year, and sidewalks and driveways are being chemically damaged without anyone... read more
