They cheated me out of my security deposit. GHM generated a 11000$ list of bogus damages and applied the security deposit. Then wanted me to pay the difference. The trailer I rented month to month isn't worth 11000$ wholesale.
I currently live under Garden homes and they are awful with EVERYTHING! The leasing lady Michele is SUPER SUPER RUDE! you can tell when people hate their jobs. I sent her various emails on a situation and when i finally got a hold of her she was super nasty on the phone. Wouldn’t let me get a word in. OVERALL IVE HAD NOTHING BUT NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES with them. One other instance, I inquired about rats in the hallways and they didn’t even answer my requests until days later when there was dead rats! Don’t bother with them!
