We used Derek a few years ago for a bathroom remodel. Like a lot of people, we had a frozen pipe burst from the ice storm and lack of power. I emailed Derek and, while he couldn’t make it out, he took the time to call me and walk me through a couple of options which would’ve provided us with some water. The fact he would take the time to call with all sorts of disasters going on is a sign of a wonderful human being. Thank you Derek. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.
