I was two hours from home when my alternator went out on a Friday at 5 PM. I can't tell you how appreciative I am of Mark, Emma, Katie and the nice gentleman that first diagnosed my car's problem. The service and generosity far exceeded any I have ever had from a car maintenance shop. Thank you for taking care of me and my two teenage sons. They were able to play ball and we were able to get home the next day!
My 97 Nissan Sentra comes here when I need my car fixed. Mark, Mitchell, and Jennifer stay on top of things and are straight forward about what my car needs. Driving through on the way to Los Angeles, and alternator fails. Called and talked to Mark who was helpful and said bring it in, then he arranged to have a guy stay late on A Saturday Night, to get us back on our road trip. Appears honest and transparent and if i lived there he would definitely get my business.

Today was the first time I have been there. As soon as I walked in, I knew I had picked the right place. It feels like a good ol' neighborhood shop, and I could tell all the clientele had been around for a long time and everyone was on first name basis. I KNOW I have finally found a place where I know I am being treated honestly and fairly. That is huge for a single, senior woman. They took a lot of time explaining to me about my SMOG. 'Definitely making them my go-to place!
I can't believe how well these guys always take care of me! I've been coming to them for almost 7 years. And never had a bad experience. most of the time the job is done faster better and cheaper then I expected!
