Horrible Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After looking for a reputable auto shop to install a sway bar (simple task) in my car in Yuba City I came across Garden Highway Auto Clinic because it had a bunch of good reviews. I called and spoke to "Mark" who appeared to either own the business or was the manager. great place this is a great place to get your car fixed, they are good at what they do. They fixed my car fast and didnt cost very much to do. You will be very happy with there services.
Very Impressed Fantastic service, knowledgeable folks, had my vehicle diagnosed within hours of dropping it off, and completely repaired the same day. Final total was under the initial estimate, and they gave me a good head's up about other issues they noticed that may cause me trouble in the future, but were not pressing to get fixed just yet. Mark was very clear about what pieces would be repaired, and what the costs were. I won't be taking my car anywhere else so long as these guys are still taking business!
not very honest or fair took my truck in for a smog check after a while I was told my truck needed $400 in repairs to pass I payed my $60 and drove to another good shop because I new it was just worked on and was ok. other shop looked it over did a pre test and said it would pass with no problem...it did with flying colors
Garden Highway Auto Clinic is great. Service is excellent. I have taken all of our cars to Mark for years. Mark is honest and fair. We had a car, that 2 different shops could not figure out the problem. Mark continued to work with us until he found the problem and fixed it right. We have never been to another shop.
HONEST mechanic (YES! There is ONE out there! They are all very friendly and efficient. They do all repairs in a timely manner. Very highly recommend. The best way to get the job done is to drop it off, they call quick and can usually get it in and out on the same day. This shop is sometimes the only place that will work on older vehicles, but also sometimes the only shop to work on the very newest vehicles (my hybrid). Good shop. I previously took my 1996 Ford Ranger to another auto shop I trusted in a different town, but they (in my opinion) misdiagnosed the stalling issue, did not want to remove the starter bolts, and still charged me almost $200 for installation of a temperature sensor.
