Never Again I was low income when I found this place and desperately needed an apartment. I was thankful I qualified and got the apartment in the first place. However, I think I would have rather have lived in a box. We were under a boil water advisory for 10 months out of the 12 months I stayed there. AC problems -August 2022 I always had a AC issue from my move in day… Very HOTT month in Louisiana.They didnt accommodate with no window units, they refused to get me one and it TOOK days and days I had no AC. I shouldn’t renewed my lease I want to MOVE but cant afford to break lease
Horrible Kept my deposit because they had a hot water tank in the middle of the master closet and no casing on the water tank . ASHLEY sent me picture of a two bedroom townhouse when i wanted a two bedroom apartment! When i got there i said this is the apartment on the pictures and there’s a hot water heat tank in the master closet with no casing! And to mention i was moving because i had a house fire and the hot water tank started the fire! So my anxiety was through the roof! They refused to give me back my deposit even tho... read more
I am really happy here. My Townhouse is very spacious. Staff members are very nice.
This is a clean,quiet neighborhood. The townhouse is spacious and in good condition. The application process was quick and easy and Christin was very friendly...went out of her way to make sure we were able to move in as quickly as we could and she was very informative. I recommend Garden Heights very highly.
my family has lived at these apartments. we have enjoyed the area... & the staff is very helpful when they are needed. the prices for the apartments to the townhomes are high. but they were like the cheapest that we were able to find. lafayette area is so much higher so i guess that they are reasonable. just a little hard with trying to save for a house of your own. im not to sure how the apartments are but the townhomes are pretty nice & quite. every now & again you can hear the people next door but not like other places th... read more
the apts are pretty and spacious but the walls are very thin...the walls are so thin that you can hear people BURP! literally!! you may encounter nosey neighbors...other than that its okay.
I have lived in Garden Heights apartments for 2 years it is a nice apartment complex their is a courtesy officer who lives over their who does not see or hear anything that goes on in the complex some of the neighbors have issues the maintence is somewhat okay wish the old maintenance guy would of stayed
