my family has lived at these apartments. we have enjoyed the area... & the staff is very helpful when they are needed. the prices for the apartments to the townhomes are high. but they were like the cheapest that we were able to find. lafayette area is so much higher so i guess that they are reasonable. just a little hard with trying to save for a house of your own. im not to sure how the apartments are but the townhomes are pretty nice & quite. every now & again you can hear the people next door but not like other places th... read more
the apts are pretty and spacious but the walls are very thin...the walls are so thin that you can hear people BURP! literally!! you may encounter nosey neighbors...other than that its okay.
Not worth the money. Pool is in terrible condition. They say the rent is fair market value but look at what the other apartments have to offer in the area and Garden Heights comes up short.
I have lived in Garden Heights for about 3 months and can honestly say that I am impressed with the service and response time of the office staff. Eric is extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the female tennants are well..beautiful as well. Its a really nice community and several families live here so there are many local children for your kids to play with.
