Worst Experience ever received from Nissan service station!! Waited over 10mins to get helped by any service advisors note only one car was inside the bay . Then Service advisor Daniel Navaro worst customer service ever received from Nissan unprofessional and with attitude!!!
I highly recommend this location because it’s conveniently close to many family members, which adds to the sense of community. My experience for my oil change was truly wonderful. I was really touched by how quickly Mark attended to me as soon as I pulled up. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed for my car, and his friendly, knowledgeable demeanor made me feel valued as a customer. It’s refreshing to receive such genuine care. He threw a car wash last minute and I really needed it!
