Scammers I dropped my lawn mower off in June because it would not start. The nice elderly woman in the front told me it would be a week and a half. I went to pick it up today and paid $109 for a carb kit and overhaul, ac filter, spark plug, large fuel line and oil change. When the guy tried to start it before I put it in my car it would not start. He put gasoline in it - it still would not start. He told me it might be the spark plug so he took it back to a mechanic who removed the spark plug and blew on it before putting it... read more
Amazing service I love this place. It is a family owned business with people who really take the time to help you find what parts you need or what is wrong with your mower. I will definitely use them again.

Nice, not pushy.. My husband took his carpet cleaning van there to get an estimate and find out what was wrong. They were polite and not pushy with him. A friend told us that they were good at diagnosing problems. We got the estimate but we are waiting to get the funds to get it fixed. PROS: polite, good reputation CONS:
$1 each for o-rings for pressure washer fittings is too much! After spending $5 for 5 to make sure I could work, ordered elsewhere for about 10 cent each... Not happy about an outrageous markup on a consumable

Being able to help people with disabilities. I've had surgery and my weed whip had a hard time starting. I replaced carb. fuel filter spark, cleaned spark arrestor but still would not start easy. pulled starter cord several times NO START. Knowing I did all that they figured they could not make any money. I explained my situation, not having a peck muscle. Call attorney about this and my disabilities, law suit pending
The guy claimed he gave me the right belt. Maybe he did but it wouldn't fit and I gave him numbers off the tractor. Anyways I brought the belt back the next day. Appearantely this company charges a "restocking fee" for a part that they had in stock(or could produce in like 5 mins). But the worst part is instead of trying to be understanding of my frustration as to why i have to pay a "restocking fee" the guy just gets rude and defensive.
