Here we go again... plow was here for a short time, not a good time. Maybe 2/3 of the road way has been somewhat cleared. Didn't remove what they left after the last snowfall. Sidewalks... nope. Plow still here? Nope...
Yet another snow event and as a smaller customer Garden Grove seems to only worry about big corporations. Our complex is covered in ice and snow over 24 hours after the snow event has completed. Yet we have residents stuck in their homes as it is not safe to get to the where they need to go. This morning I slipped in front of my home. Then I get to the property of another Garden Grove customer and their property is spotless. I guess money is what talks to Garden Grove!m not customer service
What a joke your company is!!! You DO NOT give the service you are paid for! I’ve been waiting over 24 hours for my walkway to be cleared (as well as countless neighbours!!) and still nothing. It’s not the workers fault, they work hard! It’s a management problem. I would give 0 star if I could.
Based upon some other reviews, it looks as though this Company continues to deliver very poor and utterly inadequate services. It has been at least 30 hours since our last snowfall and, even though they have come to clear driveways (albeit after a considerable delay and much complaining), they have yet to clear walkways throughout our complex. Very aggressive drivers. I watched a company truck drive well over 100km/h in a max 80 km/h zone, witnessed the male driver tailgate a propane transport truck so closely I thought he was going to rear end them, and drove as if they owned the road. Not interested in hiring after seeing this behaviour.
