Tech was very prompt in responding and arrived right on time as promised. In discussions with him he realized that I was quite handy and gave me the choice to complete the repair myself, giving me instructions and parts listing. Being very confident in his work I opted to let him return to finish the job with the parts, which he did within two days and completed everything in a very competent and professional way. tech came out late on a Friday when I thought my clothes would be sitting in the washer all weekend. He was able to fit me in after he heard about my situation and even made sure to stick my wet clothes back in the wash for me after he fixed the washing machine!Thank you so much Shad for coming out on such last notice.
