The only great thing about this apartment is the location. Other than that, it is a very old structured apartment complex with outdated appliances and amenities. Overcharged rent for what it offers. Multiple Holes in the apartments create pathways for mice. Thin walls and roof makes neighbors stomping noise penetrate. Office staff can be more friendly and helpful.
They don't allow pets
I enjoyed living here for the short amount of time I actually was here. They have a soda machine in the laundry room, but I wouldn't recommend trying to get the mellow yellow, because more than half the time they rip me off and I don't even get it or my money back. They do have a play structure with bark chips, but most of the time it is occupied. The maintenance guy isn't all that great, because my Mom has had her oven elements broken for years and they still refuse to fix it. The neighborhood isn't very good as far as I kn... read more
I love my apartment I have lived here for 3 years-the only downfall is Don't have packages left on your front porch people keep stealing mine
These apartments are nice to live in because they have two stories, they are well maintained, affordable, and it's in a nice neighborhood.
