RATS , and they won’t do anything about it , I call the front office they don’t pick up I put in maintenance requests they don’t do anything I’ve even emailed the regional manager, this is sad.
Oou baby no never again first they charge a arm and a leg then if something going wrong they take they time to look at stuff THEY TURN THE WATER OFF WITHOUT LETTING PEOPLE KNOW I JUST GOT OFF WORK THINKING IM ABOUT TO TAKE A HOT SHOWER AND THE WATER OFF THEN YOU CALL THEM TO GET INFORMATION THEY SAY OH IT WAS A EMAIL SENT OUT LIKE IF IT WAS A EMAIL DO YOU THINK I WOULD BE CALLING YALL !!!!!! They will cut the water off whenever they feel like it and won’t tell you. The water has currently been off from 2:30 to now 6:11 p.m and not an email in sight. They will also nickel and dime you to death. I had renewed my renters insurance and was told the insurance noncompliance fee would be taken off my charges. It never was. I have the email as proof.
