They will cut the water off whenever they feel like it and won’t tell you. The water has currently been off from 2:30 to now 6:11 p.m and not an email in sight. They will also nickel and dime you to death. I had renewed my renters insurance and was told the insurance noncompliance fee would be taken off my charges. It never was. I have the email as proof.
