I honestly don’t know where to start. We moved in here in April of 2023. ( moved out spring of 2026 )The first apartment we signed the lease for took too long to “clean”. So we agreed to go into another unit same building different floor. We didn’t know why or ask questions just said yes. And on unpacking day. They had curb to curb cleaning on the parking lot and I had misread the email on the time that I need to move my car and they had worked with a towing company to tow my car, I have a parking permit that is linked to my apartment and lease. They could have just called to check if I can move the car especially since it's my first time not moving my car.
