I have been in this complex for close to 4 years. It’s always clean and very quiet. I never seen my neighbors only once in a blue moon which works for me. I really loved Jessica, But Mary has been just a wonderful. The only reason I didn’t place all five stars, Is because of the price. I have a studio which works for me. But it seems the price is slowly climbing. But I understand the world is changing. But maybe some type of small discounts can be given to the tenants.
I have lived here for 8 years. With the introduction of RUBS, we were told this cost would be around 23 dollars. It is now 55.00 dollars, this amount fluctuates each month and it is a nightmare for budgeting. This month we didn't even receive a print out of what was being charged for what. This additional bill may not be a lot to some, but our apartment's electric bill was less than our RUBS costs this month. This new billing system is adding 660.00 to our overall rent costs. over priced for what its worth. units are not as up to date as the pictures lead to to believe. reported an issue was wrong with my heater multiple times just for them to tell me they couldn't find an issue. had to keep my window open in the winter due to it being 75+ degrees in my unit. would not rent again.
Junior came by fix the issue he is so great I really appreciate him to make my day perfect on holiday
