Very dirty - the bathroom was dirty and full of of paper towels over filling. I also had to wait 45 minutes for my procedure because there was a problem with the person before me - this is what the front desk told me. In addition on man scared me because he came out of a procedure and told me the woman who was doing an ultrasound was "hurting" him. He told me she was pushing so hard and he was screaming to stop. I got to my 9:40am appointment at 9:15am. I waited in line for 40 mins. Finally, when I got to the front of the line they said they didn’t have my authorization form from my insurance. I wasn’t sure how this worked but they said if I don’t have that then the price could go way up. I said I’d call my insurance. I called and they faxed the authorization form again to WaveImaging.
