Well I will start of with the property manager Michelle because she was the most caring and professional property manager I came across out of every property manager I ever met, she deserves more than 5 star but the buildings gets 4 star, she cares about these buildings and tenants, every time I had questions or any issues regarding the maintenance or anything she will genuinely takes care of it, sometimes I see her walking around and picking up trash around the property she keeps it clean and nice I seriously like her, from... read more
If you want to feel uncomfortable and like you’re walking on eggshells in your apartment that you’re paying so much money for, move here. Michelle walks the halls during the day telling people that their tv/ music is too loud, even though the noise ordinance for Brooklyn Park is 10 p.m. She accused me of smoking cigarettes inside my apartment once, and I don’t even smoke, but why are you that close to my door anyway? I would highly recommend garden gates apartments! Michelle the property manager is the best! Very attentive, cares about the management of the property, communicates well and will help you when any issues arise.
Nice, apartments but management give u a hard time. You pay all that Rent and have to walk on egg shells. Can't live in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. So unfortunate. Management MH.
