We love our carpet! It is so fluffy and comfortable. Sales reps were very helpful. We used them for the carpet purchase only, as we had a separate installer. We also got a vessel sink from their storage area. Would highly recommend!
Carpet people were absolutely amazing. I can recommend if you are only getting carpet. Do not order LVP through them. My flooring order was lost by the manufacture (not their fault), but they didn't give any communication. Had to keep calling to get updates. Flooring install was absolutely horrible. Floor prep was not done properly and flooring bounces.
Our family business purchased carpet from this store, we purchased 48 feet and were only given 45 feet. Such an inconvenience finding this out in the middle of an installation job. Mistakes like this can cost a lot of time, money, and hassle to fix. I would expect a the wholesaler to do its due diligence to make sure their measurement are correct.
Great carpet and good install but the final cost was more than 10% of the "estimate" I was given and that was after I gave them the largest dimensions of the 2 rooms. I understand that there is waste but always plan on a final bill greater than the "estimate" due to "extra yardage needed" and you will not be disappointed
