I have been renting with Garden Gate for 5 years now and they've always been wonderful to work with. They've always been very on top of any issues that have come up with appliances or anything needing fixed. Very easy to communicate with.
Great place to rent from. The staff is super friendly and helpful! They made my move coming out of state super easy and a great experience. Specially as a first time renter. They are very upfront with all of their fees, expectations and super open to communication if you need anything from them. 10/10 highly recommended this place.
