Lived here for almost 4 years. Neighbors watch out for each other. Accepts housing. Clean and well kept.
It's a shame when u can't explain to ur adult neighbors about there kids running and jumping around upstairs and ur pictures falling off the wall because they don't speak English, well I'm an adult and I don't conduct adult conversation with children, and when u call the office Martha tells you I will call and talk to them well I've been here 15 yrs and I get along with my neighbors and look out for them, the children and dogs but I c a few of the neighbors have no morals can we get rid of the drunks,dope heads and drug deal... read more
The staff have nasty attitudes. Especially the leasing Agent she acts like we owe he something. THE pool is always closed opens 2weeks out the month for summer. The apartment s are the cheapest n Plano. They don't come n fix things in a timely manner. Carpets sucks the still use flat paint
