My experience with this Dentist Office is very positive! They have a very nice and friendly team of people working there. The Doctor is always kind and informative, and the assistants are very nice,sweet and efficient. I don’t think you can have any experience better than here.

I had scheduled an appointment to secure a loose tooth on a set of dentures that I got at your Joplin branch. I scheduled at 3 PM so the lab techs would still be there. They leave at 1:30 so nothing could be done without an early morning appointment. This is extremely difficult for me to do with my work schedule. They did apologize profusely.

Needed a replacement crown on an emergency basis. Received professional, timely, and courteous service the day I called for the emergency appointment. Was given options on receiving the permanent crown and the temporary crown feels great!!!

From the initial phone call with Bri, to my permanent fitting with Goldie and Angel, I was always made comfortable and informed of the processes that were going on and those about to.
