I've had 3 major dental, IV sedation surgeries. The fear of having another one, makes me want to get in the fetal position and stay!!. But, with DDS in Tyler Texas they made me feel better right away & that I'm in good hands. Especially Bri & Kathleen, they are Awesome. Haven't had the pleasure of surgery yet.(LOL) So wish me Luck!! But everything put aside it's worth the drive. So go!!

Called before hand to see if they accepted my insurance was told yes. I was experiencing an emergency. Drove 25 minutes to the office went through an hour long exam for them to tell me at the end of my exam that they do not accept my insurance. Then was told to go to ER if I couldn't pay the $200. I would have never even gone there and waste either of our time if they had just been up front that they didn't accept my insurance!!! Very disappointed.

I am sorry for the confusion regarding your insurance. When we spoke on the phone I asked if you had a medicare PPO policy and I was told "yes", however once in the office and we were able to see the insurance card we realized it was medicaid. Unfortunatley, we can't file medicaid so we let you know up front before your appointment. Dr. Ben and his associates are wonderful! They are very caring and make sure their patients have a very good experience unlike some places you might go to. Dr. Ben makes sure you do not have any pain and jokes with you trying to keep you more calm! He also calls his patients the night they had surgery and the next morning too making sure you are doing well and if you have any questions and makes sure you have his phone number in case you need him day or night!
